Last night the cardinals secured an overtime victory over the wildcats of Newark. Towards the end of the 4th quarter it was 23-26 Newarks was leading, 2 seconds were left on the clock and Thomas Worthington kicker Maddox LaPrad kicked a game tying field goal to send the cards in to OT. Then the cardinals start with ball and score a touchdown to make 36-26, then near gets the ball and score to make it 36 35, when the cats went for the extra point, the 2 point conversion was unsuccessful. Sending the cards home with a nice victory.
